About me
I am currently a postdoc at the Technion probability group, working with Oren Louidor and Eviatar Procaccia. I obtained my Ph.D. in 2025 from the School of Mathematical Sciences, Peking University.
Research interests
I work in probability theory. Two kinds of questions organize most of my work.
Extremal statistics. Limit theorems for the maximum, and a finer description of the whole extremal landscape: convergence of the extremal process to a Poisson (cluster) point process.
Large deviations. Decay rates for rare events, and the structure of the system conditioned on such an event, in the spirit of the Gibbs conditioning principle.
Models I have worked on, or am exploring:
- the Gaussian free field and other log-correlated fields
- Gaussian multiplicative chaos
- random trees and random networks
- branching random walks and branching Brownian motion
